公文的精品意识,是公文拟制的整个思维和实际运作过程中的一种态度和目标上的要求。它主要体现在公文的主题要鲜明突出,公文的内容要实在集中,公文文种的选择要恰当正确,公文的表述力求精当准确,公文格式要规范标准,公文的制作要美观大方等方面。精品公文,是科学深刻的思想内容和规范的公文形式的完美统一一件堪称“精品”的公文,必须具有平实之美、厚实之美、规范之美。近些年,我们地委办公室逐步强化公文的精品意识,提出了“以精力创精品,以精心创精品,以精细创精品,以精艺创精品”的公文拟制目标要求,公文拟制的质量有了一定提高。
