病毒性抗原与抗体形成的特异性免疫复合物是机体抗感染的一种表现形式,其丙型肝炎患者感染HCV后是否会产生特异性免疫复合物(HCV-IC),迄今未见报道。我们应用市售抗-HCV试剂盒测定患者血清中HCV-IC,现报道如下。
The specific immune complex formed by viral antigen and antibody is a manifestation of anti-infective in the body. It has not been reported until now whether hepatitis C patients produce HCV-IC after HCV infection. We use commercially available anti-HCV kit determination of HCV-IC in patients with serum, are reported below.
