《白鲸》从问世时无人问津,到后来成为了世界名著,并极具教育意义和现实意义的重要原因之一,在于该著作从生态的角度阐述了人与自然和谐共处的生态价值观。《白鲸》讲述了一位船长终日执着于杀戮白鲸而最终命丧大海的故事,说明人类要实现可持续发展,就必须与自然和谐共处,否则就会受到大自然的惩罚。基于此,对《白鲸》的生态意识进行了探讨。
One of the important reasons why “Moby Dick” came out of no one’s interest when it came out and later became a famous person in the world is of great educational and practical significance. This book expounds the ecological values of harmonious coexistence between man and nature from the perspective of ecology. Moby Dick tells the story of a captain who devoted himself all the time to the killing of belugas and ultimately to the sea of life. It shows that to achieve sustainable development, humans must live in harmony with nature or they will be punished by nature. Based on this, the ecological consciousness of Moby Dick is discussed.
