目的 :检测肺癌患者支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中端粒酶和T 抗原。方法 :肺癌组 6 3例 ,其中中心型 4 9例 ,周围型 14例 ;非肺癌疾病组 (对照组 ) 31例。对患者BALF中端粒酶、T 抗原进行检测 ,并与纤支镜刷检 ,BALF细胞学检查结果比较。端粒酶检测采用PCR TRAP银染法 ,T 抗原检测采用半乳糖氧化酶法。结果 :①肺癌组BALF中端粒酶、T 抗原阳性检出率分别为 76 .2 %和 6 8.3% ,均高于对照组的 6 .5 %和 9.7% (P <0 .0 1)。②肺癌组BALF中端粒酶和T 抗原联合检测阳性率为 93.7% ,高于单项阳性检出率 (P <0 .0 1)。③中心型肺癌组BALF中端粒酶阳性率为 71.4 % ,T 抗原为 6 7.3% ,均高于BALF细胞学阳性率 12 .2 % (P <0 .0 1) ,但与刷检细胞学阳性率 6 1.2 %间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。周围型肺癌组BALF中端粒酶阳性率为 92 .9% ,高于刷检细胞学阳性检出率的 5 0 % (P <0 .0 5 )及BALF细胞学阳性检出率的 2 1.4 % (P <0 .0 1) ;T 抗原阳性检出率为 71.4 % ,高于刷检细胞学阳性检出率的 5 0 % (P >0 .0 5 )及BALF细胞学阳性检出率的 2 1.4 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :①肺癌BALF中端粒酶、T 抗原均有检出。②中心型肺癌BALF中端粒酶、T 抗原阳性检出率均高于BALF细胞学阳性检出率。③BALF中端粒酶的检测对周?
Objective: To detect telomerase and T antigen in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in patients with lung cancer. Methods: There were 63 cases of lung cancer, including 49 cases of central type and 14 cases of peripheral type, and 31 cases of non-lung cancer group (control group). BALF in patients with telomerase, T antigen was detected, and with bronchoscopy brush, BALF cytology results were compared. Detection of telomerase by PCR TRAP silver staining, T antigen detection using galactose oxidase method. Results: ① The positive rates of telomerase and T antigen in BALF of lung cancer group were 76.2% and 6.3%, respectively, which were higher than that of control group (6.5% vs 9.7%, P <0.01). ② The positive rate of telomerase and T antigen in BALF was 93.7% in lung cancer group, which was higher than that of single positive group (P <0.01). ③ The positive rate of telomerase in BALF of central lung cancer group was 71.4% and T antigen was 6 7.3%, both of which were higher than BALF cytology positive rate of 12.2% (P <0.01) The positive rate of 6 1.2% was not statistically different (P> 0.05). The positive rate of telomerase in BALF was 92.9% in peripheral lung cancer group, which was higher than 50% (P <0.05) of the positive detection rate of brush cytology and 2 1.4 % (P <0.01). The positive detection rate of T antigen was 71.4%, which was higher than that of positive detection rate of brush cytology (P> 0.05) and the positive rate of BALF cytology Of 2 1.4% (P <0.05). Conclusion: ① Lung cancer BALF telomerase, T antigen were detected. ② The positive rate of telomerase and T antigen in BALF of central lung cancer was higher than the positive rate of BALF cytology. ③ BFAL telomerase in the detection of weeks?
