茶园中种植松树遮荫可以提高茶叶产量和质量,还可以改善茶园生态环境。试验表明:①该茶 林生态园与对照相比,可增加产量14.3%,提高氨基酸的含量和降低芽叶的酚氨比;②在炎热干旱季节 茶蓬近表气温和相对湿度分别比对照降低2～3℃和升高9%～19%,土壤绝对含水量比对照提高3%～5%;③在冬季和早春其茶蓬近表气温和土温比对照提高1～2.5℃。
Planting shade in the tea garden can improve the yield and quality of the tea and can also improve the ecological environment of the tea garden. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control, the tea plantation eco-garden could increase the yield by 14.3%, increase the content of amino acids and decrease the ratio of phenols to ammonia in the shoots; (2) The relative near-surface temperature and relative humidity of the tea plantation decreased in the hot and dry seasons, 2 ~ 3 ℃ and 9% ~ 19% increase, and the soil absolute water content increased by 3% ~ 5% compared with the control. ③In winter and early spring, the near surface temperature and soil temperature increased by 1-2.5 ℃.
