随着现代社会的不断发展,社会对人才的要求越来越高,尤其是注重人才的实战能力。这种现象对教育改革提出新的要求,要求教育教学必须要加强对学生实践能力的培养,即教育教学要要实现从理论教学为主到以实践教学为主。下面本文将分析目前教育教学中存在的问题,并且提出一些应对策略,希望帮助教师提升自身教育教学质量。
With the continuous development of modern society, the demand for talents in the society is getting higher and higher, especially paying attention to the actual combat ability of talented people. This phenomenon puts forward new requirements for education reform, and requires that education and teaching must strengthen the training of students’ practical ability. That is, education and teaching should mainly be from theoretical teaching to practical teaching. The following article will analyze the current problems in education and teaching, and put forward some coping strategies, hoping to help teachers improve their own education and teaching quality.
