1988年8月作者在广西某地收集53人的粪便,以2.5％重铬酸钾液浸泡,暂时保存。粪渣过筛、沉淀,以37％(W/V)ZnSO_4液漂浮,镜检肉孢子虫孢子,同时对蠕虫卵也作鉴定和统计,发现有6人感染肉孢子虫,自然感染率为11.3％。虫种鉴定为人肉孢子虫。其它蠕虫的感染率为蛔虫62.3％;钩虫35.8％;鞭虫49.1％和带绦虫1.9％。还检查了18头黄牛肉,在17头肌肉中查到肉孢子虫孢囊,黄牛肉孢子虫自然感染率为94.4％。经鉴定,有3种肉孢子虫孢囊:枯氏肉孢子虫,自然感染率为94.4％,犬为终末寄主;毛肉孢子虫,自然感染率44.4％,终末寄主为猫;人肉孢子虫,自然感染率27.8％,人、狒狒、猕猴和黑猩猩等为终末寄主。9个部位肌肉检查结果为食道肌(25.0％)、肋肌(25.0％)、后腿肌(9.1％)。前腿肌、背肌、膈肌、头部肌、尾部肌和心肌未检到孢囊。
In August 1988, the author collected 53 manure from a certain place in Guangxi and dipped it in 2.5% potassium dichromate solution for temporary storage. Residues were screened and precipitated, floating in 37% (w / v) ZnSO_4 solution. Microscopic examination of S. sporogenes and the identification and statistics of worm eggs also revealed that six of them were infected with S. scorzonera, with a natural infection rate of 11.3 %. Insect species identified as human sarcocystis. The infection rates of other worms were 62.3% of roundworms, 35.8% of hookworms, 49.1% of whipworms and 1.9% of tapeworms. Also checked 18 oxen, found in 17 muscle sarcocyst cysts, the natural infection rate of beef sarcocystis 94.4%. After identification, there are three kinds of Cysticercosis cysts: Schisandra sporozoite, the natural infection rate of 94.4%, the dog is the terminal host; Cysticercosis, the natural infection rate of 44.4%, the terminal host for the cat; human flesh Insects, the natural infection rate of 27.8%, humans, baboons, macaques and chimpanzees as the terminal host. Muscle examination results in 9 sites were esophageal (25.0%), rib (25.0%) and hind leg (9.1%). Front leg muscle, back muscle, diaphragm, head muscle, tail muscle and myocardium were not detected cysts.
