渗透性是微胶囊最重要的性质之一,用金纳米微粒对几丁聚糖微胶囊进行了化学修饰,提出了新的修饰方法,制备出一种新的金-海藻酸钙-几丁聚糖微胶囊(GACM)。对修饰前、后的微胶囊的渗透性进行了测定,即运用分光光度法,通过测定渗透进微胶囊内的维生素B12的浓度变化而确定微胶囊的渗透性。同时对测定过程中的维生素B12的初始浓度对测定结果的影响进行了探讨。结果表明修饰后的金-海藻酸钙-几丁聚糖微胶囊的渗透性比未修饰前的海藻酸钙-几丁聚糖微胶囊的要大,且维生素B12的初始浓度不影响测定结果的方向。
Permeability is one of the most important properties of microcapsules. The chitosan microcapsules were chemically modified with gold nanoparticles, and a new modification method was proposed to prepare a new gold-calcium alginate-chitin Sugar microcapsules (GACM). The permeability of the microcapsules before and after the modification was measured by using spectrophotometry to determine the permeability of the microcapsules by measuring the change of the concentration of vitamin B12 permeating into the microcapsules. At the same time, the influence of the initial concentration of vitamin B12 in the determination process on the determination results was discussed. The results showed that the modified gold-calcium alginate-chitosan microcapsules had greater permeability than the unmodified calcium alginate-chitosan microcapsules, and the initial concentration of vitamin B12 did not affect the determination results direction.
