为验证利用自蔓延高温合成法直接制备陶瓷-钢背复合钢板的可行性,以铝热剂为反应物,在Q235A钢背表面制备Al_2O_3陶瓷烧结层,并利用能谱仪、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了烧结层。结果表明,烧结层与钢背结合良好,无明显间隙;烧结层按铁元素含量可分为三个区域,越靠近钢背,铁元素含量越高,致密度越高;烧结层物相以Al_2O_3为主,Fe单质及其化合物次之,且分布不均。
In order to verify the feasibility of direct preparation of ceramic-steel composite steel plate by SHS process, Al 2 O 3 ceramic sintered layer was prepared on the back surface of Q235A steel by using thermite as reactant. The energy spectrum, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction The diffractometer analyzed the sintered layer. The results show that there is no obvious gap between sintered layer and steel back. The sintered layer can be divided into three regions according to the content of iron. The closer to the steel back, the higher the content of iron is, the higher the density is. The sintered layer is composed of Al 2 O 3 Dominated, followed by single Fe and its compounds, and uneven distribution.
