目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和免疫化学法对32例ACI患者进行治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:ACI患者在治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。而IGF-Ⅰ水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗2周后,与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。血清IGF-Ⅰ水平与Hcy、NPY水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.4015、-0.5514,P<0.01)。结论:检测ACI患者血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ水平对了解病情变化及观察疗效具有重要的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum Hcy, NPY and IGF-Ⅰ in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) before and after treatment. Methods: The serum levels of Hcy, NPY and IGF-Ⅰ in 32 ACI patients before and after treatment were measured by radioimmunoassay and immunochemistry, and compared with 35 healthy controls. Results: The levels of Hcy and NPY in patients with ACI before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). However, the level of IGF-Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of the normal group (P <0.01). After 2 weeks of treatment, the level of IGF-Ⅰ was still significantly lower than that of the normal group (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between serum IGF-Ⅰ level and Hcy and NPY (r = -0.4015, -0.5514, P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection of serum Hcy, NPY and IGF-Ⅰ levels in patients with ACI has important clinical value in understanding the changes of patients and observing the curative effect.
