50年代末国外合成了2个具有除草活性的酰胺类化合物——敌稗、草毒死。敌稗在水稻秧苗期除稗草的选择性很好,但使用技术要求严格,杀草谱较窄,近来应用已趋减少。草毒死的水溶性过大,药效期短,没有被广泛应用。但在氯代乙酰胺类中出现许多结构不同的除草剂,比较早的是毒草胺,70年代美国生产的甲草胺(拉索)和丁草胺(灭草特)已得到广泛应用。甲草胺水溶解度为242ppm(25℃),适用于旱地,剂型为48%乳剂,属低毒农药。丁草胺水溶解度23ppm(24℃),适用于水田,有60%乳剂和5%颗粒剂,对人畜低毒。
In the late 1950s, 2 herbicidal amido compounds, propanil, were poisoned in the world.
