From July 14 to July 18, 1997, the head office convened the Tenth Party Group (Enlarged) Meeting. This is an important meeting for the future nuclear reform and development in the relations. The meeting focused on checking the implementation of various decisions of the head office working conference at the beginning of the year, summarized the work in the first half of the year, analyzed the situation, uniformed the thinking, clarified the work, objectives and measures in the second half of the year, and discussed the future reform and development.
