用钢套铸接表面预电镀纯金属、浸Al-Si基合金后立即浇注的方法制造了“钢套内表面浇注铝合金”结构形式的铝钢双金属铸件。优化了双金属铸件铸造工艺、热处理工艺;研究了钢套铸接表面金属预镀层和双金属界面附近的合金元素对双金属铸件铸态及热处理后界面过渡层裂纹和抗剪强度的影响。获得的双金属铸件铸态界面过渡层厚度为0.007~0.018mm,界面剪切强度为50~94MPa,热处理后界面过渡层增厚,界面剪切强度明显下降。给出了最佳铸造工艺和热处理工艺
Casting the surface with steel sleeve pre-electroplated pure metal, impregnated Al-Si-based alloy immediately after pouring the method of “steel inner surface of the cast aluminum alloy” structure of the aluminum bimetallic castings. The casting process and heat treatment process of bimetal castings were optimized. The effects of metal pre-coating on the surface of bimetallic castings and alloying elements near the bimetallic interface on the interfacial cracks and shear strength of bimetallic castings after as-cast and heat treatment were investigated. The thickness of transitional layer of as-cast interface of bimetal castings is 0.007 ~ 0.018mm, the interfacial shear strength is 50 ~ 94MPa, the interfacial transitional layer thickens after heat treatment, and the interfacial shear strength obviously decreases.
