目的 观察吹灸结合体针治疗中耳炎所致耳鸣的临床疗效.方法 治疗组 50例应用吹灸结合体针治疗 ,对照组 30例单用体针治疗.结果 治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为 64.0%和82 .0%,对照组则分别为 36.7%和 56.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ( P均“,”Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combination of “Chui Jiu”method and body acupuncture on the tinnitus induced with ctitis media.Methods Eighty patients, suffering from the tinnitus induced with ctitis media, were randomly allocated to being treated with combination of “Chui Jiu” method of 30 min and body acupuncture of 30 min once a day (treatment group,n=50), or only body acupuncture of 30 min once a day (control group,n=30) with the therapeutic duratuion of 10 d , respectively.Results The fully recovered rate and total effective rate were significantly higher in treatment group (64.0% and 82.0%) than those in control group (36.7% and 56.7%) (P<0.05). Conclusions Combination of “Chui Jiu” method and body acupuncture is helpful to increase the treatment outcome for treating tinnitus induced with ctitis media.
