运用专利数据的计量分析显示,一国的创新活动对该国的国际竞争力有正向的拉动作用,而且能产生较快的国际贸易效应;日本的创新活动对该国的贸易出口拉动作用比中国更显著。由此可见,在如今的高科技时代,一国持续的自主创新能力是提升该国贸易竞争力乃至国家竞争力的重要因素。中国亟需建设国家创新系统,大力培育以知识优势为核心的国家竞争优势,提升我国的整体竞争实力。
The quantitative analysis using patent data shows that the innovation activities of a country have a positive stimulating effect on the international competitiveness of the country and can produce a faster international trade effect. The innovation-driven activities of Japan play a role in boosting the country’s trade exports China is more prominent. From this we can see that in today’s high-tech era, the sustained capability of independent innovation in a country is an important factor in enhancing the country’s trade competitiveness and even its competitiveness. China urgently needs to build a national innovation system, vigorously cultivate its national competitive advantage with its core strengths in knowledge and enhance its overall competitiveness.
