为满足国家建设和科学研究对精密测振的要求,利用激光特有的高度单色性、方向性和稳定性,研制成激光干涉测振仪。此测振仪的用途主要是精确测定标准振动台的振幅,再根据振动台的频率推算出加速度,以用于标定加速度计。它也可测定压电材料的磁致伸缩效应及各种周期性的位移。激光干涉测振仪测定的振幅范围从几个微米到几个毫米,振动频率从几赫到几千赫。仪器的绝对精度为1/8干涉条纹,以氦-氖气体激光器的波长为0.6328微米计算,其绝对精度约为0.04微米。激光干涉测振仪的特点为精度高、量程大、使用控制方便、用数字显示。今后,如配用专用计算机,可进行自动计量。
In order to meet the requirement of precision vibration measurement for national construction and scientific research, the laser interferometer is developed by using the unique monochromatic, directional and stability characteristics of laser. The purpose of this vibrometer is to accurately measure the amplitude of a standard vibrating table, and then calculate the acceleration according to the frequency of the vibrating table to calibrate the accelerometer. It can also measure the magnetostrictive effect of piezoelectric materials and various periodic displacements. Laser interferometer vibration measured amplitude range from a few microns to several millimeters, vibration frequency from a few hertz to several kilohertz. The absolute accuracy of the instrument is 1/8 of the interference fringes, which have an absolute accuracy of about 0.04 μm calculated from the wavelength of the helium-neon gas laser at 0.6328 μm.
