西德B.L.W.公司(Bayerisches Leichtmetall Werk)经过长期的试验,研究成功了精密锻造伞齿轮、牙嵌式联轴器、螺旋伞齿轮等锥形零件的方法。此方法锻造的伞齿轮上的齿形,不需切削加工就具有很高的精度,不仅节约了机械加工和金属材料,而且还提高了齿轮的质量,是一种先进的少无切削新工艺。精密锻造的齿轮首先应用于汽车工业,后来又发展到农业机械、工程机械,现在又逐步推广到航空工业方面。图1所示是用此方法锻
After a long period of experimentation, Bayerisches Leichtmetall Werk worked on ways to successfully manufacture tapered parts such as precision forged bevel gears, jaw clutches and helical bevel gears. The toothed shape of the forged bevel gear has high precision without cutting, which not only saves machining and metal materials, but also improves the quality of the gear, which is an advanced and less non-cutting new technology. Precision forged gear first used in the automotive industry, and later developed into agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and now gradually extended to the aviation industry.
