近几年来我省小型水电站发展很快,到七九年底全省小水电装机容量已达到三十六万多千瓦。据不完全统计,一九七九年小水电发电量为5.7亿度,为我省广大城镇,农村提供了廉价电源、对缓和电力供应,促进工农业发展,增加地方财政积累和改善群众生活起了显著作用。但在建、管、用方面存在不少问题,需要我们进一步研究和解决,现就工作中接触到的一些问题,谈几点个人看法: 一、关于季节电能的利用问题
