黑体辐射源常用的是单段控温方式,其存在黑体腔体前段和后段温区均匀性差的缺陷。文章基于三段控温设计方案,在单段控温的基础上将黑体空腔恒温区重新划分为可以分别独立控制的前段、中段和后段3个区域及其相应的3组温度控制模块。通过合理选择传感器、消除测量系统误差、设定仪表控制参数、减少各区域相互干扰以及增加外套管等措施,显著改善了黑体源的温度计量性能,并通过试验来比较、验证三段控温的实际效果。
Blackbody radiation source is commonly used in single-stage temperature control method, which exists in front of the blackbody cavity and the posterior segment of the poor uniformity of the defect. Based on the three-stage temperature control design scheme, the blackbody cavity thermostat is reclassified into three sections which can be independently controlled, and three corresponding temperature control modules based on the single stage temperature control. Through the reasonable choice of sensors, eliminating the measurement system error, setting the instrument control parameters, reducing the interference of each area and increasing the outer tube, etc., the temperature measurement performance of blackbody source was significantly improved.
