将耐火砖衬嵌入木模,然后浇铸成一整体的新日铁第四代铸铁冷壁,是当今世界领先技术的产物。以其构成的高炉炉体冷却装置,非但可节省内衬砖使用量,使炉壁总厚度减薄,同时这种结构有利于稳定操作炉型,更因安装简便,能大幅度缩短施工周期和减轻砌筑劳动强度,还可延长高炉一代的寿命,从原来的8~10年增至12~15年,故倍受高炉建设与操作者的青睐。为此宝钢3号高炉就采用了这种冷却壁,并从新日铁引进了制造技术和部分设备。这座设计容积为4350m~3的我国最大高炉要配备近750块冷却壁,总共达3530 t,其中约1/3(合计重1164 t)将由宝钢自行承担。通过几个月的努力,在攻克造型和掌握浇铸铁水成分、温度难关后,已成功地试制
The refractory brick lining embedded in woodworking, and then cast into an integrated Niger Iron fourth-generation cast iron cold wall, is the world’s leading technology products. The cooling device of the blast furnace body formed by the method not only saves the usage of the lining brick but also reduces the total thickness of the furnace wall. Meanwhile, the structure is beneficial to the stable operation of the furnace type and can greatly shorten the construction period due to the simple installation.
