在日本,建筑施工中因机械事故所造成的死亡人数占建筑业总死亡人数的30%~40%,机械施工的安全问题越来越引起日本建筑业的重视,并对防止和减少推土机、液压挖掘机、装载机及起重机等主要机种的人身伤亡事故方面,采取了不少行之有效的措施。尽管我国国情与日本不同,但随着我国国民经济建设中重大工程项目的施工建设、机械化施工水平的不断提高,安全性问题显得越来越重要,由于机械设备所造成的人身伤亡必须引起足够的重视。本刊从本期起所连载的《工程机械安全保护措施》的文章译自日本的有关资料,对几种主要机型分期论述,意在借鉴日本的经验,在国内工程机械产品上以及施工过程中采取有效的安全措施,减少或避免伤亡事故的发生。
