The normal heart first electrically excited, followed by mechanical contraction and relaxation, and then rhythmically pump the blood to supply the metabolic needs of the body organs, the origin of cardiac electrical activity is a tiny structure at the top right - the sinus node. In the normal adult rest, sinus node regularly issued 60 to 100 times per minute electrical pulse, spread to the entire heart. With exercise, the sinus node sends an electrical pulse faster. If the heart tissue outside the sinus node, such as the atrium or ventricle, preemptively activates before the sinus node emits electrical pulses at normal rhythms, controlling the electrical activity of the heart will cause the heart to fail in the bloodstream
