我国的宝岛台湾有“美食天堂”的美誉。这里的美食融合了祖国大陆和原住民乃至荷兰、日本等中外饮食精华,创造出了享誉全球的特色美食。其饮食文化每年都吸引了众多游客造访,为了一饱口福,尽情饕餮,并由此应运而生了一些精美绝伦的“舌尖上的邮票”。为弘扬中国饮食文化,1999年8月20日,台湾地区邮政特以中国八大菜系为主题,发行了首套美食专题邮票特403“中华美食邮票”1组8枚(图1-8),面值均为台币5元。邮票图案为台北观光饭店名师烹饪的八大名菜,由李光棋先生绘制设计。由于地域关系,这套邮票
