目的:分析龙船花花朵中挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析其化学成分,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:鉴定了其中的52个化合物,占挥发油总量的97.6%,其中含量最高的是水杨酸甲酯(40.21%)和芳樟醇(39.37%)。结论:龙船花花朵挥发油化学成分主要为水杨酸甲酯和芳樟醇。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the volatile oil in the flower of dragon boat. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: Fifty-two compounds were identified, accounting for 97.6% of the total volatile oils. Among them, methyl salicylate (40.21%) and linalool (39.37%) were the highest content. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Longhua flower are mainly methyl salicylate and linalool.
