This article, taken from Harvard Business Classics, analyzes the misunderstandings of business managers with respect to time management: they spend too much time on solving the subordinates' problems. The article uses the monkey-on-the-back metaphor to analyze how subordinates dominate the process. This article has a good reference for school administrators to improve time management and reduce the time spent by subordinates.
