在不同轧制温度对AZ31B镁合金薄板进行了温轧,对不同厚度板带的边裂和显微组织进行了观察和分析。通过轧制试验研究了轧制温度对AZ31B镁合金薄带的边裂和显微组织的影响。结果表明:镁合金薄板温轧边裂是由剪切变形引起的。随着轧制温度的升高,裂纹的深度和间隔都大幅度减小,孪晶数量减少,晶粒尺寸增大。在220℃轧制能够有效抑制边裂的产生,并得到较为理想的晶粒组织。
The temperature-controlled rolling of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets was carried out at different rolling temperatures. The edge cracks and microstructures of the plates with different thickness were observed and analyzed. The influence of rolling temperature on the edge cracking and microstructure of AZ31B magnesium alloy strip was studied by rolling test. The results show that the warm rolling of magnesium alloy sheet is caused by shear deformation. With the increase of rolling temperature, the depth and spacing of cracks are greatly reduced, the number of twins decreases and the grain size increases. Rolling at 220 ℃ can effectively suppress the generation of edge cracks and obtain the ideal grain structure.
