医疗纠纷是指患者在医院就诊期间,对医院工作人员的医疗处置、服务态度、医疗结局产生分歧意见,发生争执,而引起的。亦有人称医疗纠纷是患者或家属“感情失控”,与医院或医务人员之间发生矛盾时出现的事态。笔者从近五年来参与调解的23起医疗纠纷案例中,得到的体会是医疗纠纷处理不善,会给医患双方都带来损失。本文剖析的23个案例,究其原因和责任,最根本因素,还是医德缺陷造成。笔者就加强医德教育,提高医务人员医德素质,作如下论述。
Medical disputes refer to the disagreements and disputes that occur when a patient visits a hospital for medical treatment, service attitude, and medical outcomes. It has also been stated that medical disputes are events that occur when a patient or family member “emotionally runs out of control” and a conflict occurs between a hospital or a medical staff member. The author learned from the 23 cases of medical disputes involving mediation in the past five years that the medical disputes were not dealt with properly and would bring losses to both doctors and patients. The 23 cases analyzed in this paper are based on the causes and responsibilities, the most fundamental factors, or the defects in medical ethics. The author discusses how to strengthen medical ethics education and improve the medical ethics of medical personnel.
