结缕草种子在自然贮藏过程中,其寿命迅速下降,对其贸易流通产生了极其严重的影响。以结缕草种子为试材,采用一系列不同水分梯度的结缕草种子,利用标准方法(高温烘干法)、校正重量测定法,研究重量测定法对结缕草种子平衡水分的影响。结果表明:用高温烘干法校正重量测定法,测定结缕草种子水分变化,得到重量测定法的校正方程为:y=0.973x-0.033,相关系数R2为0.998,通过建立此方程,能够快速通过重量测定法估测出含水量在8.0%~21.5%范围内结缕草种子含水量,并且不破坏种子样品。
Zoysia seeds in the natural storage process, the rapid decline in its life, its trade flow had a very serious impact. Using Zoysia japonica seeds as test material, a series of Zoysia japonica seeds with different water contents were used to study the effect of gravimetric method on the equilibrium moisture content of Zoysia japonica seedlings by using standard method (high temperature drying method) and calibrated gravimetric method. The results showed that the calibration equation was graded as follows: y = 0.973x-0.033, the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.998. By setting up this equation, the calibration equation was fast The water content of Zoysia japonica seedlings with water content in the range of 8.0% ~ 21.5% was estimated by gravimetry, and the seed samples were not destroyed.
