在多年的体育教学管理中,最使人头疼的事莫过于场地器材方面的维修保护和申请计划、请示报告、请人修缮等繁琐的手续以及无限期的等待。很多基层学校对体育的投资捉襟见肘,器材少损坏快,后勤维修工作跟不上,极大地影响着教学活动的顺利开展和学生的身心健康。我认为,等、靠、要是行不通的,最好的解决办法是体育室备全修理工具,一些小毛病自己动手修。因为体育设施情况和性能只有体教人员最了解,随坏随修补,自修自护,既方便又经济,也减少烦人的手续,问题能得到及时解决。
