随着我国经济体制的进步,我国对人才的要求也越来越大,在如今市场竞争十分激烈的情况下,对于人才的选择影响着一个企业未来的生存与发展。我国企业获取人才的主要方式是通过人才招聘,那么如何在众多招聘者中选择合适的人才,是很多企业所面临的重要问题。本文通过将招聘理论和招聘模式进行分析,对我国民营企业的招聘管理提出自己的见解,希望对我国民营企业的招聘管理有所帮助。
With the progress of the economic system in our country, the demand for talents in our country is also getting larger and larger. Under the situation of very fierce market competition, the choice of talents affects the survival and development of a company in the future. The main way for Chinese enterprises to acquire talents is through recruitment. How to choose suitable talents among many recruiters is an important issue that many enterprises face. Based on the analysis of recruitment theory and recruitment mode, this article puts forward my own opinions on the recruitment management of private-owned enterprises in our country, hoping to help the recruitment management of private-owned enterprises in our country.
