П.Н.科瓦林卡和Н.А.涅克吐尔斯卡娅曾做过金属铅中锡的极谱分析测定法。他们在溶液中加磷酸钠的硝酸溶液以分离锡和铅,使磷酸锡的沉淀溶解於盐酸後,进行极谱分析。我们采用上述著者沉淀锡的方法,把锡和铜分开,同时想做出在金属铜中测定锡的方法。磷酸锡可在硝酸溶液中沉淀,但其他金属的磷酸盐却很易溶解在硝酸中。用盐酸处理磷酸锡沉淀後所得的溶液是否可用比色的方法测定锡含量的试验是十分有趣的。我们从比色测定锡的方法中,挑选了山特艾尔的书中介绍的磷钼酸和对
