随着科技水平的提升和智能服务的普遍应用,房管档案的信息化程度也越来越高,而数字化作为其中主要载体所表现出来的优势则更为突出,其成为提高房管档案管理水平和管理效率的一个重要途径。本文将通过房管档案定义,明确了房管档案的鲜明特点和数字化的意义,以及从相关方面来就房管档案数字化的实现作出分析。旨在为房管档案数字化建设的现实开展提供借鉴与支持。
