目的 研究赶黄草(Penthorumchinese Pursh.)挥发油的化学成分。方法 用赶黄草全草经水蒸气蒸馏所得的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱进行分离鉴定,结合计算机检索技术,对分离的化合物进行分析和结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果 水蒸气蒸馏的得油率为0.30%;共分离出28个组分,鉴定了其中的26个组分,占挥发油总量的95%。结论 首次报道了赶黄草挥发油的化学成分主要为酮和酯类化合物,含量较多的是棕榈酸乙酯(18.64%),反式-6,10-二甲基-5,9-十一烷双烯-2-酮(14.95%),(反,反)-6,10,14-三甲基-5,9,13-十五烷三烯-2-酮(10.42%),棕榈酸(9.60%),(顺,顺,顺)-9,12,15-十八烷三烯-1-醇(7.40%)等。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Penthorum chinese Pursh. Methods Volatile components of the whole herbaceous herbaceous straw were steam distilled and separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Combining with computer search technology, the separated compounds were analyzed and identified, and the peak area normalization method was used to determine the components. The relative percentage. Results The oil recovery rate of steam distillation was 0.30%. A total of 28 components were separated and 26 components were identified, accounting for 95% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion It is reported for the first time that the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Radix Curcuma L. are mainly ketones and esters, and the content is more than ethyl palmitate (18.64%). Trans-6,10-dimethyl-5,9- Alkanedi-2-enone (14.95%), (trans, trans)-6,10,14-trimethyl-5,9,13-pentadecatrien-2-one (10.42%), palmitic acid (9.60%), (cis, cis, cis)-9,12,15-octadecatrien-1-ol (7.40%), and the like.
