老师的困惑园长的尴尬情景一:又是一年开学季,在某幼儿园座谈会上,园长邀请了某小学教师,聊一聊孩子们入学后的要求,以方便有针对性地做好幼小衔接工作。小学教师主要反映了几个问题:一是幼儿园教的拼音、字母少且不规范,识字多但不按正确笔画书写,也不会拼,只是认识;孩子只会10以内的加减,跟不上其他幼儿园毕业孩子的进度。二是孩子没有规则意识,上课说话、摆弄玩具,还有的孩子要上厕所。三是孩子自己的事情不能自己做,比如:来上学没带文具或忘记带书等。
