所谓吸引力是(能力、名词)依靠自身的某种性质、特点等把其他物体或别人的兴趣、注意力等引向自己的能力。职业教育吸引力是指职业教育受社会关注,学生和家长出于某种需求有意向或事实上选择职业教育。职业教育吸引力可以理解为一种态势,它源自高质量的职业教育对社会需求和个人需求的满足,并表现为社会对它的认可以及家长和学生对它的优先选择。吸引力并不是可以一劳永逸占有并可持存的物,它是职业教育在特定的社会经济条件下,不同利益主体在互动中形成的,它存在于职业教育调整自身适应社会经济发展及个人多样化需求的动态过程中。
The so-called attractiveness (ability, noun) depends on one’s own nature, characteristics and other objects or other people’s interest, attention, etc. to their own ability.
