针对目前沥青混合料用细集料的砂当量和亚甲蓝指标存在的问题,开展细集料砂当量、亚甲蓝指标试验研究。通过对细集料的试验结果的分析,发现单独采用砂当量检测指标可能会将实际使用没有问题的细集料判定为不合格;另外,根据试验结果给出了安徽省沥青混合料的细集料砂当量和亚甲蓝指标的控制标准建议值,并补充了稀浆封层及微表处混合料的细集料砂当量和亚甲蓝控制指标。
Aiming at the problems of the sand equivalent and the methylene blue index of the fine aggregate used in the present asphalt mixture, the experimental research on the fine aggregate sand equivalent and the methylene blue index is carried out. Through the analysis of the test results of the fine aggregate, it was found that using the sand equivalent detection index alone may decide that the fine aggregate with no problem in actual use is judged as unqualified. In addition, according to the test results, the fine aggregate of the asphalt mixture in Anhui Province Sand equivalent and methylene blue indicator control standards recommended values, and added the slurry seal and micro-surfacing mixture of fine aggregate sand equivalent and methylene blue control indicators.
