将68例矽肺合并脑梗塞患者作为矽肺组,以735例无矽肺的脑梗塞患者作为非矽肺组。结果表明,矽肺组的血压和颈部血管血流速度显著低于非矽肺组,而分水岭梗塞发生率偏高。矽肺组中叁期矽肺患者血压和颈部血管血流速度最低,分水岭梗塞发生率最高;贰期矽肺患者血压和颈部血管血流速度最高,分水岭梗塞发生率最低。
Sixty-eight patients with silicosis and cerebral infarction were treated as silicosis group and 735 patients without silicosis as non-silicosis group. The results showed that blood pressure and blood flow in the neck were significantly lower in the silicosis group than in the non-silicotic group, while the incidence of watershed infarction was high. In the silicosis group, the blood pressure and blood flow in the neck were the lowest in the silicosis group, and the incidence of watershed infarction was the highest in the silicosis group. The blood pressure and blood flow in the neck were the highest in stage II silicosis, and the incidence of watershed infarction was the lowest.
