北京市是资源性缺水的城市,农业的发展多年来长期靠超采地下水,这是当前迫切要解决的问题。缓解北京农业灌溉用水量的供需矛盾,应以开源截流、节约用水为中心,充分利用先进的科学技术,加强用水管理,达到减少用水总量,发展农业、富裕农民的目的。 Beijing is a resource-poor city. The development of agriculture has long relied on over-exploitation of groundwater for many years. This is an urgent issue to be solved. To alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand for agricultural irrigation water in Beijing, we should take open-source interception and water conservation as the center, make full use of advanced science and technology, and strengthen water management so as to reduce the total amount of water used, develop agriculture and enrich peasants.
