以35份不同生态类型的黄瓜种质资源为试材,利用索式提取法提取黄瓜种子的粗脂肪,分析黄瓜种子含油量,为黄瓜种子油相关应用及专用新品种选育奠定基础。结果表明:黄瓜不同品种之间的种子含油量存在明显的差异,变幅在31.03%~40.59%;其中,种子含油量最高为华南型品种,含量是40.59%;种子含油量最低为华北型品种,含量是31.03%。筛选出含油量>38.50%的品种4份,含油量<32.01%的品种4份。
Using 35 cucumber germplasms with different ecological types as materials, the crude fat of cucumber seeds was extracted by Soxhlet extraction, the oil content of cucumber seeds was analyzed, which laid the foundation for the application of cucumber seed oil and selection of new varieties. The results showed that there was a significant difference in seed oil content among cucumber cultivars, ranging from 31.03% to 40.59%. Among them, the seed oil content was the highest in South China and the content was 40.59% , The content is 31.03%. Four varieties with the oil content> 38.50% were screened and four varieties with the oil content <32.01%.
