计划免疫工作是预防控制以至最终消灭相应传染病的根本措施。其核心是免疫,重点是落实,关键是管理。1 思想上重视:以加强管理、提高医生职业道德教育为本,常抓不懈,按计划逐级培训,提高素质。不断地总结经验,对计划免疫工作是单纯的、轻闲的、养老的工作等旧观念进行改革。使计免工作有了质的飞跃。2 管理上有章可循:计划免疫的目的是实现、控制以至最终消灭相应的传染病。为了使医生更具有责任感,使命感,我们把医生的经济效益与儿童的计免保偿制度挂钩,制定出一整套严密奖惩制度和考核办法。调动了基层医生和防保人员工作的积极性,也促进了儿童家长对计免工作的主动参与。
