随着我国建筑企业管理体制改革的深入,建筑业的生产方式和组织结构发生了深刻的变化,以工程项目管理为核心的企业生产经营管理机制已基本形成,建筑企业普遍实行了项目经理责任制和项目成本核算制。同时,工程项目管理作为一门应用科学,其理论研究也逐渐得到了各方面的重视,并在实践中不断发展。文章论述了提高住宅工程质量的相关要素。
