本文通过3例骨髓移植患者对人类骨髓成纤维细胞的来源进行研究。1例急性粒细胞白血病,2例再生障碍性贫血,都输入 HLA 匹配的异性兄弟姐妹之骨髓,输骨髓前受体预先给予大剂量环磷酰胺和300~1000拉德的全身照射。输骨髓后,1例男性再障患者发生严重的移植物抗宿主反应(GVH),经可的松治疗后减轻,8个月后死于间质性肺炎。2例女性患者发生较轻的 GVH,均存活良好。输骨髓后,从病人的髂后上嵴抽取骨髓,经分离所得白细胞5×10~6/ml 培养于 T 瓶中。营养液为α培液加20%胎牛血清和抗菌
In this paper, three cases of bone marrow transplantation in human bone marrow fibroblasts source. One case of acute myeloid leukemia and two cases of aplastic anemia were allotted to the bone marrow of HLA matched matched siblings. Large doses of cyclophosphamide and 300-1000 rads were administered to the preneoplastic recipients. After bone marrow was transplanted, one case of aplastic anemia developed severe graft versus host reaction (GVH), which was relieved after treatment with cortisone and died of interstitial pneumonia after 8 months. In 2 female patients, mild GVH occurred and survived well. After bone marrow transfusion, bone marrow was extracted from the posterior superior iliac crest of the patient and the leukocytes obtained were isolated and cultured in T flask at 5 × 10 ~ 6 / ml.
