我厂研制成功的数控等离子切割机,主要用于切割10~30mm厚的板材。过去板材下料常采用手工气割,不仅割缝宽,加热时间长,板材变形大,而且只能用于对中、低碳钢钢板的下料,生产效率低,劳动强度大。我厂的数控等离子切割机的特点是可把起弧、灭弧及任一工步的速度变化等都编入程序之中,并具有意外断弧时的暂停与再起弧功能,切割精度可达±0.3mm,割口表面粗糙度可达Ra25~12.5μm,板材割缝宽度为1.5~2mm。与手工气割比较,可节约板
