目的了解2～5岁在出生后接种酵母重组乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。方法对在我院全程接种乙肝疫苗的1～5岁儿童采用酶免疫法(EIA)检测抗-HBs,分析乙肝疫苗免疫效果。结果共观察2 366人,其中抗-HBs阳性为1 545人,阳转率为65.3%。结论5μg的乙肝疫苗可能抗原剂量偏低。
Objective To understand the immune effect of 2 ~ 5-year-old yeast vaccinated with recombinant hepatitis B vaccine after birth. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EIA) was used to detect anti-HBs in children aged 1 ~ 5 years who were inoculated with hepatitis B vaccine in our hospital. The immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine was analyzed. Results A total of 2 366 people were observed, of which 1 545 were positive for anti-HBs and the positive rate was 65.3%. Conclusion 5μg hepatitis B vaccine may be low antigen dose.
