为观察荷瘤裸小鼠在腹腔高渗热化疗灌注后正常组织的病理变化,选取50只鼠龄7~10周的BALB/cnunu腹腔荷瘤裸小鼠,分组行7.5%NaCl,5μg/mlMMC,42℃/30min持续腹腔灌注,取肝、肾、脾、回肠组织,常规HE染色后光镜观察形态学变化。结果:高渗及高渗化疗组肝、脾、肾无变化;高渗化疗组大肠浆膜下轻度充血水肿;温热及高渗热化疗组肝细胞轻度嗜酸性变性、脾充血、肾小管及集合管轻度水样变性;温热组小肠全层充血,绒毛轻度水肿;高渗热化疗组则可见部分绒毛顶部细胞脱落,陷凹细胞正常。结论:腹腔高渗热化疗对腹腔正常组织损伤轻微
To observe the pathological changes of normal tissue in nude mice bearing peritoneal hypertonic hyperthermic perfusion, 50 BALB/cnunu abdominal tumor-bearing nude mice aged 7-10 weeks were selected and grouped with 7.5% NaCl, 5 μg. Perfusion of peritoneal cavity was continued at 42° C./30 min, and the liver, kidney, spleen, and ileum tissues were harvested. Morphological changes were observed by light microscopy after HE staining. Results: There was no change in liver, spleen, and kidney in hyperosmotic and hyperosmolar chemotherapy group; mild hyperemia and edema in subserosal mucosa of hypertonic chemotherapy group; slight eosinophilic degeneration, splenic congestion, and kidney in warm and hyperosmotic chemotherapy group. Small tubes and collecting tubes showed mild watery degeneration; hyperthermia group had full-thickness small intestine congestion and slight villous edema; hypertonic thermochemotherapy group showed some cells at the top of villus shedding, and cells in the trough were normal. Conclusion: Peritoneal hyperthermia thermochemotherapy has minimal damage to normal celiac tissue
