【目的】明确桃果实25℃贮藏的主要贮藏品质变化。【方法】2012年与2013年供试‘锦绣’黄桃树体分别施用常规化肥及15、20与30袋控缓释肥,研究2个年度4种施肥处理桃果实25℃贮藏0 d、4 d和8 d的采后变化。【结果】供试果实25℃贮藏过程中,果肉硬度呈下降趋势,果皮与果肉的A*值呈上升趋势,果皮与果肉的L*值、B*值和Chroma(C*)值的变化较小。4种施肥处理果实的采收品质和25℃耐贮性没有明显区别。【结论】‘锦绣’黄桃25℃贮藏过程中,果皮和果肉的A*值与果肉硬度显著负相关。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to determine the main storage quality changes of peach fruits stored at 25 ℃. 【Method】 The conventional fertilizers and 15, 20 and 30 bags controlled release fertilizers were applied to the ’Jinxiu’ peach trees in 2012 and 2013 respectively. The peach fruits stored at 25 ℃ for 2 d and 4 d for 0 d, 4 d and 4 d 8 d post-harvest changes. 【Result】 The results showed that the firmness of fruit decreased and the A * value of peel and pulp showed an upward trend during storage at 25 ℃. The changes of L * value, B * value and Chroma (C *) value of peel and pulp were more than those of fruit small. Four kinds of fertilization treatment of fruit harvesting quality and storage at 25 ℃ no significant difference. 【Conclusion】 During the storage of ’Jinxiu’ peach at 25 ℃, the A * value of peel and pulp was significantly and negatively correlated with the hardness of pulp.
