采用偏光显微镜及扫描电镜对中钛型高炉渣的显微结构、矿物组成、形态及粒度大小进行系统研究。结果发现,中钛型炉渣显微结构主要为粒状嵌晶结构、似斑状结构;矿物组成主要为黄长石,其次为尖晶石、钙钛矿、钛透辉石、巴依石,少量的金属铁、氮化钛、碳化钛及其固溶体。钛元素主要分布于钙钛矿中,其次分布于钛透辉石中。炉渣中钙钛矿、尖晶石及氮化钛、碳化钛及其固溶体对炉渣的黏度有较大的影响。
Microstructure, mineral composition, morphology and particle size of the medium-titanium blast furnace slag were systematically studied by polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of medium-sized titanium slag is mainly granular embedded crystal structure with macular structure, mineral composition is mainly feldspar, followed by spinel, perovskite, diopside, barite, a small amount of metallic iron , Titanium nitride, titanium carbide and its solid solution. Titanium is mainly distributed in perovskite, followed by titanium diopside distribution. Slag perovskite, spinel and titanium nitride, titanium carbide and its solid solution on the viscosity of the slag have a greater impact.
