结合海洋修井平台火灾爆炸事故的特点及分类,提出了采用定量评估分析的研究方法。以胜利作业七号平台为例,分析了定量评估分析方法在海洋修井平台中火灾爆炸风险识别和概率计算中应重点考虑的因素,在分析的基础上,提出了降低海洋修井平台火灾爆炸风险的具体措施。
Combining with the characteristics and classification of fire and explosion accident of ocean workover platform, a research method using quantitative assessment and analysis is put forward. Taking Victory Platform No.7 as an example, this paper analyzes the factors that should be considered in risk assessment and probability calculation of fire explosion rig in marine workover platform.
