目的了解本辖区老年人对药品不良反应认知的现状,为本社区卫生服务中心提供信息依据及参考。方法采用问卷与随访相结合的方法,对151位社区老年人就药品不良反应认知现状进行调查,并对调查信息进行分析。结果发放调查表151份,回收151份。有一部分被调查者对药品不良反应的概念及相关知识认识不足。结论社区卫生服务中心对辖区老年人应加大药品不良反应知识普及的力度,对相关药学服务体系应加以改进。
Objective To understand the status quo of awareness of adverse drug reactions among elders in their respective jurisdictions and provide information basis and reference for this community health service center. Methods The questionnaire and follow-up were used to investigate the cognitive status of adverse drug reactions in 151 community-based elders and to analyze the survey information. Results 151 questionnaires were distributed and 151 copies were collected. Some respondents did not understand the concept of adverse drug reactions and related knowledge. Conclusion Community health service center should increase the popularization of adverse drug reaction knowledge in elderly area and improve the related pharmaceutical service system.
