[本刊讯]2011年3月,全国人大十一届四次会议在北京召开。会议高度评价了“十一五”时期我国经济社会发展取得的巨大成就,审查批准了《政府工作报告的决议(草案)》、《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要的决议(草案)》等报告。《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要决议(草案)》描绘了未来五年社会主义现代化建设的宏伟蓝图,提出了“十二五”时期的主要目标任务和2011年的工作部署。明确了“十二五”时期经济社会发展的指导思想、主要目标、战略重点和重大举措。纲要指出:推动经济发展再上新台阶,加快转变经济
[News] In March 2011, the Fourth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress held in Beijing. The meeting highly praised the tremendous achievements made in China’s economic and social development during the 11th Five-Year Plan, reviewed and approved the “Resolution (Draft) of the Report on the Work of the Government,” and the “Outline for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development Resolution (draft) ”and other reports.
